We absolutely love our fence!! I was skeptical because our 1-year-old dog is so rambunctious and uncontrollable but she took to the training easily. She is a much happier dog now that she is free to go in and out of the house and roam all over the yard. Purchasing this fence has been life changing and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend it to anyone! Rick was fantastic to work with!

I had to give a review because of how outstanding of an experience I’ve had with Rick and DogWatch of Greater Baltimore.
Great product. The install was done right away and with outstanding attention to detail. We’ve had zero issues in the past year since the install. It has completely changed the way our 2 dogs are able hang out and run in the yard. The price was more than fair and significantly less than a name brand competitor who was basically just trying to sell their name to me.
After the installation was done, Rick talked to my wife and me and explained everything in detail and made sure neither of us had any questions before he left.
What blew me away and has me writing this review happened just this week. One of my dogs outgrew her collar so I went online to order a new one. I found one that was compatible with our transmitter and had great reviews on Amazon so I ordered it. When it arrived I immediately started the return process. The quality of the collar was so inferior to the DogWatch collar I just couldn’t keep it. I went into the DogWatch website and ordered the size and color I wanted (for the same price as Amazon’s). I expected to get it in the mail a few days to a week later. Would you believe that Rick showed up the next day and delivered the collar in person? We’re talking about a $15 order that he hand delivered and wanted to make sure we were happy with the product and service we were getting. Seriously? Do you ever see that kind of customer service in the age of the internet and online shopping?
I was blown away and felt compelled to write this review and give credit to where credit is due.
If you are looking for an invisible fence for your dogs, please look no further than DogWatch of Greater Baltimore. You will not be disappointed.

We've had DogWatch Fence for approx 25 years. We started with our 1st large German Shepherd, then the 2nd who both never bothered approaching the fence line. Now we have our 3rd who is hard headed, much more energetic & super fast. She decided it didn't bother her to run through the line & feel the shock. When we needed help, Rick came immediately. By changing her collar from 2 to 4 prongs solved the problem right away. She stays well within the boundary & she actually comes to me now when I call her! What a peace of mind to know where she is at all times. What a peace of mind! I can't say enough good things about Rick Greene and Dog Watch.

Prompt No Hassle Installation and Training
The whole experience with Dogwatch of Greater Baltimore was frictionless. From getting a quote to scheduling an installation, the staff was quick to respond and accommodating of our schedule. The installation was carried out professionally within a few hours for a property over 1.2 acres. Before and after the install, we were provided with detailed explanations of how exactly the system worked, the pros and cons of the various installation options available given the property layout, detailed operating instructions, and a thorough explanatory training session with our dog. They were also great about follow up contact, making sure that training was going well and that there were no issues with the installed system. It took a few attempts at calibrating the "correction-level" on the collar to finally discourage our escape artist from running off whenever given the chance, but he now enjoys the leash-free run of the yard, and is properly halted in his tracks by the presence of the warning flags.

We Love Dog Watch!
Rick was very helpful and informative about the system. He does extremely clean work and is extremely efficient. My husband and I were very skeptical on whether othe system would work with our Bluetick. Rick provides the initial training and made himself available for any follow up questions. We are extremely happy with Dog Watch and the system is working 100% with our dog. She’s happy with her new found freedom/independence, and so are we! Thank you, Rick!!
